I checked the bellows and they look very good (besides exhaust bellow). Being to the Risk-free aspect I took it to a small boat maintenance store. They took a "fast search" to find out if they might see what it was, they concur the bellows, shift boot, etcetera are Okay but have not looked at it sufficient to diagnose the situation.making sure that
